Each class is 1 hour long and is charged at £10 per session; retreat programs prices are available on request.

Our strength support & connection comes from our core. From here we can heal & grow effectively nourishing all areas of our being. A class for all & especially those with back issues or weakness from injury or health issues.
Planting the seeds for our young ones to experience all the benefits of this ancient practice through playful exploration of each animal pose, witnessing the effects & helping process life in this healthy way with fun & joy.
